so the situation is that my sister in law is a single mother who has a 2 yr old son the biological father hasn't been in the picture at all ,but when he is its just to emotionally and mentally abuse the mother by using the child .She hasn't seeked legal support since he has threaten to take it to court and win the custody . Not only is this his son but apparently he has about 4 or 5 other kids with other woman which some are getting child support . Nevertheless it seems he is fixated to just cause harm then help raise a child . How can this be dealt with in a civilized matter without affecting child along with mother .

I really am ready to be a parent. I would like to adopt a child due to the fact that I am single and am not sure how I feel about artificial insemination. If you have to resort to financial aid because you are in a low income bracket, how in the world do you expect to be capable of raising a child? I don't think that any court would approve any adoption that you might consider. The only way you're gonna have a kid is the old fashioned way. Find someone that you like/admire that has good qualities and have him impregnate you. Not only do you get what you are wanting, a child, but also the fun of making one! Quite frankly, though you don't seem anyways near to being able to raise a child.
